Ephedrine was very effective, but it seems that retailers are weary to stock products containing it on their shelves because of a Utah Judge's recommendation. Anyway, do yourself a favor and order some from Canada or something. All Ripped Fuel does is give you the same feeling you would have if you drank 10 cups of coffee. Long lasting with no crash. But the dehydration was terrible. I drank at least 4.5 liters a days and still couldn't stay hydrated enough to where I was comfortable enough to continue taking the product. Since I was drinking so much water I had to go to the bathroom multiple times an hour. It was very inconvenient. I've tried products that people reviewed negatively and found that it worked well for myself. So you have to form your own opinion.
